There is usually a time lag between meetings taking place, and the official record being posted on this site. This is because the draft record needs to be checked for accuracy, approved, and signed by the Chairman or Mayor at the next scheduled meeting of the committee or town council respectively. Residents are nevertheless entitled to see draft records of meetings before they are signed off, which they can do by calling at the Civic Hall.
