- Pick up and reply times are as follows:

Letters posted between 1st and 3rd December are picked up by Elf postal service on Weds 3rd. Replies placed on the tree on Friday 5th.

Letters posted between 4th December and 10th December are picked up by Elf postal service on Weds 10th. Replies placed on the tree on Friday 12th.

Letters posted between 11th December and 18th December are picked up by Elf postal service on THURSDAY 18th (last posting date before Xmas) Replies placed on the tree on Friday 19th, with final pick up day up until 12:30pm on Christmas Eve.

- Replies are placed on the Civic Hall Christmas tree for collection. Last day for collection is Christmas Eve, no later than half past 12. 

-It is important to write surnames and post siblings together. That way Father Christmas ensures each letter is unique and personal to each child.

-If you wish to include anything you would like Santa to mention, please put it with your child's letter if you can. 

-Santa takes a lot of time answering letters by hand. Please do pick up your replies so that he knows little ones are enjoying them.
